Windows-1252 - Windows code page # 1252 or "ANSI": 8-bit character
encoding for Latin alphabet, defined by Microsoft for Windows operating
system, is a superset of ISO-8859-1 character set defined by IANA,
differing from it just by defining displayable characters in the range
from 128 to 159 (0x80 to 0x9F), instead of C1 control characters set.
